  2. Requests after this period will not be accepted

3. Non-Returnable Items

  1. Opened skincare or beauty products
  2. Items damaged due to misuse
  3. Products purchased during promotions or clearance sales

4. Refund Process

  1. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  2. Shipping fees are non-refundable
  3. Refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  1. A damaged product
  2. An incorrect item
